2023 SFDA Annual General Meeting

South Fraser District Association is pleased to announce the date for Annual General Meeting

Date of AGM: 7:00 pm June 27, 2023 (Thursday)

Format of AGM:  Virtual via Zoom

Coaches and Club/ Team Staffs registered with the SFDA from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, will receive a Zoom link to the SFDA Annual General Meeting.  Please use the link to the form to allow the association to verify your membership.

Registration to Attend the SFDA AGM MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN JUNE 19th AT NOON.

The timeline will be as follows:

• Deadline for the Board to receive nominations for 2 Board positions (2 – 3 year term IF BYLAW PASSED)
• May 27^th – deadline for the Board to receive nominations for 4 Board positions (3 – 3 year term and 1 – 1 year term)
• Deadline for the Board to receive nominations for 2 Board positions (2 – 3 year term IF BYLAW PASSED)
• June 3rd – extended – deadline for the Board to receive nominations for 4 Board positions (3 – 3 year term and 1 – 1 year term)
• June 6^th – Bylaw amendments to be received by Board
• June 12^th – Bylaw amendments to be posted to the website
• June 19th at Noon – last day to register for SFDA AGM
• June 19th – 26^th Applications will be verified.
• June 26^th – AGM Login information will be sent to the eligible members for entry into the AGM.
• June 26th by 9:pm = Contact your district registrar if you have not received your login confirmation info for the AGM
• June 27^th – Log in at your directed time on the ZOOM platform.
