SOUTH FRASER DISTRICT ASSOCIATION

Welcome to 2021-22 Season

SouthFraser District Association would like to welcome all its members to 2021-22 Fall Season Soccer.  As we get back onto the pitch during these Covid times we wanted to update and remind our teams on some timely information to make this season a pleasant experience.

We are well into the third week of Soccer and hope all members, parents, players are glad to be back on the pitch.

Teams participating in BC Coastal Soccer League will require digital ID Cards as of October 15th.  Please connect with your Club administration team to ensure you have access to your Team Portal and understand how to upload your team players and staff ID. On game day the teams will be required to allow viewing of Digital ID cards to confirm players.

This season the BCCSL has moved to the digital platform called QScriptor. We have been experiencing system overload issues. Please trust that league IT department is constantly implementing fixes and managing bandwidth. Please do make your club rep aware and describe any issues that we need to address.

Over the Thanks Giving weekend BCCSL will Re-Tier teams based on scores submitted where necessary, however, we encourage that Coaches connect with their Technical Directors to submit official requests to ensure it is dealt with.

Home -Team is responsible for providing at least 2 copies of “Match Sheets” to the referee on game day. We also remind all teams staff to ensure your team list and Match Sheet are complete, accurate and correct.

We also like to encourage all teams staff to read and familiarize with BC Coastal League Handbook to ensure you are informed and are able to handle many situations, such as protesting a match, player transfer process, permitting a player and dealing with game day issues in a timely manner.
