To our soccer community of South Fraser District and the open community as parents and guardians to our children. I am Bruce McCallum a volunteer with the South Fraser District Association and alongside me is Jay Nagra another volunteer with SFDA. Between the two of us combined there is over 50 years of dedicated volunteer time to the beautiful game here in the lower mainland.

On June 5, 2021, egregious acts of violence were committed on the field in the SFDA region. Due to an ongoing criminal investigation, we are unable to disclose any names, teams and this is for the protection of the children involved.

While we have the responsibility to protect our children, we have the responsibility to take care of one another.

Bruce McCallum and Jay Nagra have organized a GoFundMe to help the family.
