Coastal Cup Plan
Here is the Coastal Cup plan. A friendly reminder there are no play ins, top 16 get in, and there is no FRP. Here is the link to the rules, in case you missed it when we circulated it a while back..
Coastal Cup Host
We are looking for a host for the Coastal Cup Finals on May 2-3. There will be a total of 20 games (10 boys and 10 girls) over the course of the two days.

League Champions Series Update and Host Needed
We will most likely need to start all play downs February 7th and 8th to get all the games in and avoid the Family Day Weekend.
We are also looking for a host for the League Champions Series Finals on March 7th and 8th. This year there will be 18 games (12 boys 6 girls).

Next season the plan is to have a champions bracket and a consolation bracket so everyone has something to play for with both brackets resulting in finals. If we were to do that this season we would be looking at 36 finals over 2 days, so a bit more planning needs to be done to make that a reality.
Game Cancellation
As you may know, we changed the process this year for games that get canceled for a variety of different reasons. The goal of the change is to get the games played. Teams can no longer just apply for a forfeit, they must attempt to reschedule the game first. This is covered in the Rules and Regulations and the process can be found here.
