South Fraser District Association is pleased to announce the date for Annual General Meeting
Date of AGM: 7:00 pm June 29th, 2026 (Monday)
Format of AGM: Virtual via Zoom
Coaches and Club/ Team Staff registered with the SFDA from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, will receive a Zoom link to the SFDA Annual General Meeting.

Registration to Attend the SFDA AGM MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JUNE 25th AT NOON.
The timeline will be as follows:
· April 30th– deadline for the Board to receive nominations for 2 Board positions (2 director’s – 3-year term)
All nominations must be received by 12 pm (noon) on April 30, 2026
June 8th – Bylaw amendments to be received by the Board
June 15th – Bylaw amendments to be posted to the website
June 25th at Noon – last day to register for SFDA AGM
June 27th – AGM Login information will be sent to the eligible members for entry into the AGM.
June 28th by 4:pm – Contact your district registrar if you have not received your login confirmation info for the AGM
June 29th – Log in at 6:30pm to 6:55pm to join the AGM Zoom as directed time on the ZOOM platform.
